Windermere Foundation
Giving back has always been a big part of who we are. In the early days of Windermere it was pretty simple; we would see a need and help any way we could. But as we grew, we realized we could accomplish much more if we had a common purpose. That’s how the Windermere Foundation was born.
How To Apply
We encourage local Cowlitz County Social Service Organizations and schools that support low-income and homeless families to apply for funding through Windermere Foundation.

How We Raise Funds
Every time a home is sold by a Windermere Real Estate Agent, a portion of the proceeds is donated to the Windermere Foundation. Working in an industry that helps people buy and sell homes, we see the problem of homelessness as something that we are responsible to assist with.
